Preliminary implementation of the electrical project and of the grid layout for connection;
Preparation of the documentation for the initiation of the authorization process of the photovoltaic project at the competent bodies, through authorization procedures for Environmental Impact Assessment through the Single Regional Authorization Provision – Italian PAUR (Legislative Decree 152/2006 art. 27 bis), Autorizzazione Unica (Legislative Decree 387/2003 art. 12), power line authorization (RD 1775/1933 art. 111);
Management of the administrative procedures related to the photovoltaic project;
Final realization of the electrical project and of the grid layout for the connection;
Implementation of an Environmental Impact Study (Italian S.I.A.) consisting of professional reports and technical tables useful for analyzing the impact of the plant on the surrounding environment;
Presentation of the project in the Environmental Assessment Portal – Sicily Region;
Following the communication of the admissibility of the project, all the favorable opinions are collected, any requests issued by the bodies involved are integrated up to the authorization decree.
